Elsa, Aged Balsamic Vinegar

Elsa is Aged Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. Made in the Northern Italian city of Modena, this true balsamic vinegar is made from a reduction of grapes resulting in a thick syrup, called mosto cotto, is then aged for a minimum of 12 years in a series of seven barrels of consecutively smaller sizes. The result is a glossy, brown color with a naturally sweet and sour taste.
