Italian Saffron

Zafferano, or Italian Saffron, is a fragrant spice with a brilliant color used in Risotto Milanese. Saffron is considered the world's most precious spice because of the amount of work that goes into producing the spice from the flower it's derived from. Saffron can be used in a variety of dishes including, rice, chicken, lamb, seafood, vegetables, pasta, and antipasto.
